“With stalls and food carts spread across the restaurant, we urge guests to explore every nook and cranny and have a fun food treasure hunting,” explains Lie Ming Sien, W Bali – Seminyak’s food & beverage director. Lie is particularly proud of the dedicated dessert cave. Filled with decadent delights like tarts fruit choux, crème brŭlée, éclairs and assorted Balinese cakes. As the queue in front of the BBQ smokehouse stall gets longer with the crowd waiting for their share of pork ribs and lamb merguez, other guests are refilling their glasses with Equil Sparkling Mineral
Water. The cold sparkling water with a wedge of lime is the perfect palate cleanser in between bites. It allows for a smooth transition between a plateful of cheesy Raclette with slices of beef and a bowl of umami chicken noodle, to refresh the taste buds.
Expect friendly and personalised service from waiters who make it a point to remember guests' names, a sweet touch that makes FIRE stands out.
