For one special night on September 22, lucky diners will witness a Four Hands collaborat­ion between visiting chef Yoshihiro Narisawa of Narisawa, Tokyo and chef Luca Fantin of Il Ristorante – Luca Fantin Tokyo. Both highly celebrated and award-winning chefs will create an exclusive eight-course dinner combining Narisawa’s Satoyama style and Fantin’s contempora­ry Italian flair. Using the finest ingredient­s, the food will be paired with premium wines. Limited seating is available at Rp3,900,000 net per person inclusive of wine pairing.
