VINNATUR LOOKS TO 2019
Established in 2006 in Italy, Vinnatur is to date one of the very few associations in the world that commits to consumers’ health by guaranteeing no pesticide, herbicide or synthetic chemical use by its 180-plus natural wine producers from nine European countries. “Our future goals include replacing copper and sulphur with biodegradable vegetable extracts that help the vine build up resistance, as well as increasing the vineyard’s biodiversity,” says Angiolino Maule, Vinnatur’s president.
