Bincho at Hua Bee

Housed in the back of a 70-year-old Hua Bee Mee Pok store (the set for award-winning local film, Mee Pok Man), this hidden gem is accessed via a subtly marked door facing the carpark. Raw and gritty, the space features distressed concrete walls, retro blue tiles and edgy copper furnishings. The small plates set menus include yakitori gems like chicken tsukune cooked over the charcoal grill. Accompany it with a refreshing Yuzu Be Alright, a mix of sake, gin, gran classico, lemon, yuzu and mint.
