Tordu

Tordu is a farm-to-table concept by Quan Fa Group, a group of organic vegetable farms based in Singapore. With an emphasis on fresh, organic and sustainable produce, expect fresh produce in dishes like seasonal Organic Bowl and Farmer’s Medley. The latter consists of eight different varieties of vegetables (from the farms) done differently - raw, poached and roasted. For a meaty choice, opt for the Red Plate; you can select either grilled Angus beef or lamb, both served with housemade coulis and roasted seasonal greens.
