Named for the year it was created, Quindici comes from the Spagnol family who only produces wine from their own grapes in the towns of Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG. As a Prosecco specialist, they have expertly crafted a food-friendly, zero dosage sparkling which makes a great alternative to Champagne. The 2015/2016 edition offers good balance, finely dry and sapid against the persistent, elegant mousse. Notes of dried fruit and hazelnut put it in good stead with risotto, oily fish and pizza.
