Mouth Restaurant

Launched in 1989, Mouth Restaurant began life as a teahouse serving fresh handmade dim sum and Cantonese fare to Singapore’s Hong Kong expatriate community. Thirty years on, the teahouse has established itself as a family-friendly Chinese restaurant. Signature dishes include the Roasted Suckling Pig, Peking Duck, Black Char Siew, Phoenix Soon Hock Fish, Black Pepper Crab. The star of the menu, however, is the baked Liu Sha Bao (custard buns), filo pastry filled with creamy rich custard and grainy bits of salted egg for an added texture.
