Made from organic blueberries in Michigan, Vintas Sapphire is an alternative ‘wine’ for those who prefer a sweeter, lighter style of alcohol. Pulp from crushed blueberries are left to ferment slowly for up to two years under low temperatures, resulting in 11% ABV and a naturally glossy purplered hue.
