• Named for Er Lang Town in Sichuan’s Gulin county, Langjiu makes sauce aroma styled baijiu, the category most suited for connoisseu­rs.

• Rice aroma and light aroma baijiu are the easiest categories, with sharper, tangy and fresher flavours.

• Like wine, baijiu also exudes terroir, carefully utilising water from the Chishui river, high quality sorghum, traditiona­l fermentati­on cultures and the natural Tianbao cave system for ageing in earthen jars.
