Just 1,080 bottles of this commemorative 50 year anniversary label were created, spanning three generations of winemaking. Originating in the Clare Valley, the Taylor family planted their first vineyard on the banks of the Wakefield River where lowyielding blocks of Cabernet Sauvignon were sourced. Gentle destemming and open barrel fermenting accompanied the grapes before they matured for 36 months in exceptionally rare French oak with ultra fine grains for an elegant finish.
