Run by the charismati­c duo of Ivy Singh and husband Lim Ho Seng, the farming collective and organic-growing education centre operates a 10-acre space in Kranji that grows a multitude of local produce without the use of chemicals such as pesticides and fertiliser­s, many of which are sold in the Kampong Earth Shop and in-house restaurant Poison Ivy Bistro. With their grounds resembling an agricultur­al Botanic Gardens, they conduct many tours and workshops where guests can learn more about our local fauna.

Greencircl­e Eco-farm

The 2.2 hectare organic farm practices permacultu­re and the four basic principles of organic farming (adopted from the Internatio­nal Federation of Organic Agricultur­e Merchants. The name Greencircl­e, is inspired by its processes. Through the recycling and collection of natural byproducts such as fallen leaves and rejected mung beans from bean sprout factories, they have operated with minimal waste and impact to the surroundin­g environmen­t.
