Here are her tips to transform your home into a sanctuary of calm. “First, re-create the spa setting at home. Transform your living room or other quiet corners where fresh air and natural light are available into a relaxation lounge. Before giving yourself a treatment, sit quietly and relax. Opt for a natural bristle brush and give the body a thorough gentle brushing. Take a quick, warm shower and gently massage the skin with salt scrub, moving across the skin in a circular clockwise motion. Rinse in the shower and pat dry. Sink into a bath of hot water and soak for 15 to 25 minutes to allow the oils to do their magic. Lastly, relax and take time to enjoy the moment.”
