HEADING TO NEW HEIGHTS
Previously the highest rooftop alfresco bar in the world, 1-Altitude is now a dualconcept space, offering a gastro lounge on one side and a fine dining experience at the other. For a proper sit-down dinner, Stellar at 1-Altitude, located on the 62nd floor, now offers its menu up on the rooftop level too, allowing you to feast on modern Australian cuisine while taking in the sights and enjoying the natural breeze. While you can certainly order from Stellar’s à la carte menu, we'd highly recommend going for the 5-Course Elements tasting menu ($150, minimum two to dine), which is a great showcase of fresh produce (including locally-farmed bass) and Chef Christopher Millar's culinary chops. The course menu comes inclusive of their highly aesthetic, and thoroughly edible and delicious Dessert Art platter, where pastry chefs will serve you tableside with creations that are almost too beautiful to eat.
Over at the 1-Altitude Gastro Lounge, find an elevated menu inspired by Singaporean flavours. Think chilli crab pasta and satay platters, as well as classic bar grub like margherita pizza and buffalo wings. The usual cover charge fees for 1-Altitude has also been waived till further notice, since it isn't a club anymore (for now, at least). This means one and all are free to ascend the skyscraper to admire the Singapore skyline, soak in the chill vibes, all while having your dining and drinking needs sorted.
