Starfish “Skipjack Tuna”

Skipjack Tuna is locally available in abundance, unlike Yellowfin Tuna and Bluefin Tuna. Seasalt decided to ban the use of Yellowfin and Bluefin Tuna due to overfishin­g and depleting stocks in the ocean. This dish is easy to make and relies on the freshness of the ingredient. To substitute, use sashimi grade mackerel.
