INGREDIENT­S

20ml gin

15ml sweet vermouth 15ml Campari

7.5ml lemon juice

5ml sugar syrup 10ml egg white

Fresh strawberri­es Soda water

METHOD

Shake all ingredient­s except soda in a cocktail shaker.

Strain into a tall glass with ice block.

Top up with soda water.

Serve with a garnish of sage leaf.
