INGREDIENTS METHOD
50ml Mezcal
25ml lime juice
15ml pasille chile reduction
2–3 chunks of pink dragonfruit Tajin salt
Line a martini glass rim with lemon juice and tajin salt.
Place pink dragon fruit chunks in a cocktail shaker. Lightly smash it.
Add mezcal, lime juice, pasille chile reduction and ice and shake till well combined and chilled.
Double strain the drink and pour into the salt-rimmed martini glass.
