JW MARRIOTT HOTEL JAKARTA
A time-honoured traditional treat for Chinese people, the circular moon cake represents unity and the togetherness of the family. A central part of the Mid-Autumn festival for traditional Chinese families is making moon cakes together. The elders of a family traditionally cut the cake into small pieces, which are then shared amongst family and friends.
From 1st September to 4th October, JW Marriott Hotel Jakarta is set to offer guests its famous moon cakes created by Executive Chinese Chef Ken Choy. Lovingly made fresh in-house with the finest artisan ingredients, no preservatives, no artificial colouring and no artificial sweeteners, moon cakes make the perfect gift to celebrate the Mid-Autumn festival with your loved ones.
