NAMAAZ POP-UP GASTRONOMIC EXPERIENCE
The Laguna, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Nusa Dua, Bali, proudly welcomes legendary Chef Andrian Ishak from Namaaz Dining, Jakarta's first molecular gastronomy restaurant. Just in case you don't know Andrian yet, then you should. The self-taught talent uses scientific methods to give a unique twist to traditional dishes served at Namaaz Dining. He's mainly inspired by different art disciplines, like music and painting, making him a craftsman in the culinary world. On 12th August, Andrian will amaze eager diners with the Namaaz Pop-Up Gastronomic Evening, where he will showcase the intriguing 17-course culinary parade at the property's Arwana restaurant. The evening will start off with potent cocktails and the first five meticulous courses, to be enjoyed on the white sand beach. The rest of the courses, which highlight molecular Indonesian cuisine, will continue inside the lush Arwana restaurant. The Laguna also offers a stay package from 11th to 14th August to enhance the dining experience with rates starting from IDR3,000,000++ per room per night.
