Sundays have taken on a Riviera feel at Cucina! The team behind the resort's award-winning brunches have hit refresh and unveiled another culinary extravaganza to brighten your Sundays.
With a bright, summery new look, a French-Italian Riviera palate and a bountiful selection of foods, the choices are dazzling. With more pass-arounds, an à la carte selection and plenty of new live stations, including a prosecco station with fresh fruit purées, guests are sure to flock to Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort.
The salad table has an impressive line up of garden fresh choices, including the Caesar station with its parmesan wheel, romaine, sous vide eggs, anchovies and all the trimmings. The roasts have also taken on an Italian flair with Tuscany-style roasted barramundi and Roman roast lamb leg with anchovies, garlic, rosemary and sage among the choices.
Of course, there is antipasto, risotto, pastas, pizzas and mountains of seafood on ice, as well as cannoli cooked à la minute and stuffed with mascarpone, freshly cooked Italian donuts and tables groaning with the weight of other temptations.
The buffet is served with soft drinks, mocktails and juices, while the drinks package offers prosecco, Italian wines, homemade limoncello and amaretto.
Come for brunch and stay for the day. Brunch guests can enjoy pool and beach access and kids under 12 eat free. The Riviera Brunch will replace the Chic Brunch in August.
