Set over two floors in the iconic Landmark Hong Kong retail and leisure complex, the restaurant is a minimalist Japanese garden-influenced design and includes an open-plan kitchen, rake pattern walls and an imposing glass-walled wine cellar that holds over 2,000 bottles including some unexpected vintages.
With seating options to suit your mood, including an outdoor terrace with patio furniture and views over the city, robata and sushi counter, a large main dining area and elegant private rooms, no matter what the occasion, Zuma is the chic place to eat and relax.
Diners are invited to order à la carte small plates and mains or sample the seasonal degustation menus. Many guests leave the choice to the chef and opt for a traditional omakase which features signature dishes like Suzuki no Ozashimi, thinly sliced sea bass with yuzu, truffle oil-topped salmon roe and Karei no Karaage, a dish of crispy fried lemon sole.
Both the restaurant and the upstairs lounge offer wines, spirits, beers and innovative cocktails crafted using premium spirits alongside a collection of some of the best sake and single malt whiskies Japan has to offer.
