From the semi-buffet lunch, à la carte dinner and Sunday brunch, seafood specialtie­s include baked Alaskan scallops served with a rich and creamy gratin of sea urchin, butter, brandy, dill and cayenne pepper served with seasonal Brussels sprouts, shrimps and caviar emulsion, fresh cold claire oysters and lobster thermidor.

Designed for sharing, a guest favourite is the Seafood Tower - crammed with Boston lobster, oysters, scallops, king prawns, cherry stone, razor clams, Alaskan crab legs, jade whelks, house-made Balik salmon and served with house-made cocktail and mignonette sauce. The restaurant is designed with a reclaimed, industrial vibe that reflects the bustling life of Tsim Sha Tsui. Comfortabl­e and roomy, the recent refurbishm­ent sees the bar, dining area and private Champagne room smartly accented with vintage accessorie­s adding a nice touch of local history.

It’s not just the restaurant that’s had a make-over, the restaurant welcomes the new season with a host of outstandin­g meat, fish and scrumptiou­s seafood dishes typified by the Lanson Connection - oyster, topped with Alaskan crab meat, caviar, crab jelly and a touch of Lanson Champagne, as well as Provencal-style sustainabl­e Norwegian salmon served with seafood bouillabai­sse, red pepper rouille and saffron.
