• 300g bar­ra­mundi, deboned

• 10g gin­ger, grated

• 10ml lime juice

• 10ml oil

• 1g sea salt

• 1g white pep­per

• 40g sam­bal dabu-dabu

• 5g lime slices


1. Mix gin­ger, salt, pep­per and lime juice in a bowl

2. Mas­sage mari­nade into the deboned bar­ra­mundi

3. Grill bar­ra­mundi while bast­ing it with sam­bal dabu-dabu

4. Once cooked, serve with sam­bal dabud­abu and lime slices
