Ikan Bakar Sambal Dabu-Dabu
INGREDIENTS:
• 300g barramundi, deboned
• 10g ginger, grated
• 10ml lime juice
• 10ml oil
• 1g sea salt
• 1g white pepper
• 40g sambal dabu-dabu
• 5g lime slices
METHOD:
1. Mix ginger, salt, pepper and lime juice in a bowl
2. Massage marinade into the deboned barramundi
3. Grill barramundi while basting it with sambal dabu-dabu
4. Once cooked, serve with sambal dabudabu and lime slices
