Cop­per Kitchen, Bar & Rooftop at Bisma Eight, Ubud, Bali is a unique din­ing des­ti­na­tion that is eth­i­cally in­spired by re­spon­si­bly sourced in­gre­di­ents and in­ter­na­tional-Asian culi­nary tra­di­tion. On one fine evening in April, the restau­rant wel­comed es­teemed Chef Imam Fayumi from Banyan Tree Un­gasan's award-win­ning Ju-Ma-Na to take over the kitchen and wow guests with his ex­tra­or­di­nary culi­nary cre­ations at the Feast of Flavour din­ner. Set among the lush fo­liage of Bisma Eight's gar­den, over­look­ing the ver­dant val­ley of Ubud and adorned with fairy lights to set the mood, din­ers got to en­joy a six-course din­ing jour­ney to re­mem­ber. The evening saw some fine culi­nary de­lights like tuna tataki with crispy black­ened tem­peh, chilli and shal­lot rel­ish, prawn can­nel­loni with ji­cama, mango and pineap­ple salsa and Manado-style rica, wagyu short ribs served in mild spicy co­conut milk and more.
