Created out of a longing for Spanish food here in Asia, critically acclaimed Chef Edward Esmero and Chef Maria Sevillano have opened a branch of their popular, renowned Spanish restaurants in Singapore with ¡Tapas Tapas! Bali.
This modern restaurant and bar opens at 11am, providing a comfortable venue to eat, drink and relax over authentic Spanish and Japanese tapas, with some dishes using Bali's exciting local ingredients and flavours. Must-try dishes include bacon croquettes, tender prawns in olive oil, garlic and chilli, and Spanish-styled pizza such as the Coca de Probadura with pork chorizo, caramelized onions and mozzarella cheese. The drinks menu is diverse and includes traditional Spanish sangria – a refreshing libation in Bali's warm climate.
Serving lunch, afternoon coffee and tea, wine, cocktails and dinner, ¡Tapas Tapas! Bali is also suitable for business meetings and corporate functions.
