Cre­ated out of a long­ing for Span­ish food here in Asia, crit­i­cally ac­claimed Chef Ed­ward Es­mero and Chef Maria Sevil­lano have opened a branch of their pop­u­lar, renowned Span­ish restau­rants in Sin­ga­pore with ¡Tapas Tapas! Bali.

This mod­ern restau­rant and bar opens at 11am, pro­vid­ing a com­fort­able venue to eat, drink and re­lax over au­then­tic Span­ish and Ja­pa­nese tapas, with some dishes us­ing Bali's ex­cit­ing lo­cal in­gre­di­ents and flavours. Must-try dishes in­clude ba­con cro­quettes, ten­der prawns in olive oil, gar­lic and chilli, and Span­ish-styled pizza such as the Coca de Probadura with pork chorizo, caramelized onions and moz­zarella cheese. The drinks menu is di­verse and in­cludes tra­di­tional Span­ish san­gria – a re­fresh­ing li­ba­tion in Bali's warm cli­mate.

Serv­ing lunch, after­noon cof­fee and tea, wine, cock­tails and din­ner, ¡Tapas Tapas! Bali is also suit­able for busi­ness meet­ings and cor­po­rate func­tions.
