NSNTR restau­rant presents the What The Shell week­end buf­fet ev­ery Satur­day and Sun­day from 6pm to 10pm, where you can en­joy the el­e­vated evening views while savour­ing the fresh­est seafood and other de­lec­ta­ble del­i­ca­cies.

The main show is the fresh seafood se­lec­tion on ice, in­clud­ing fresh clams, blue crabs and tiger prawns, in ad­di­tion to the sushi rolls and sashimi. The live-grill sta­tion high­lights suc­cu­lent dishes like ikan bakar Makas­sar, Sin­ga­pore-style chilli soft shell crab, seafood pizza, grilled squid, seafood sa­tay and grilled fish.

Also on of­fer are a re­fresh­ing ap­pe­tiser and salad bar, carv­ing sta­tion and pasta and noo­dle sta­tion where you can whip up Ital­ian noo­dle dishes to your lik­ing. Wrap­ping up the din­ing jour­ney is the dessert se­lec­tion, com­pris­ing pan­dan crème brulee, cheese cake, red vel­vet cake, white choco­late and cof­fee mousse, rasp­berry panna cotta, as­sorted In­done­sian bites and a choco­late foun­tain. Don't miss the make-your-own ice cen­dol for a re­fresh­ing end­ing.
