Adining programme that excites discerning diners in Singapore, the $100 Gourmet sees awardwinni­ng chefs from all over the world coming to Singapore every month to collaborat­e, offering a dining experience unlike any other. The two chefs of the month whip up a bespoke one-time exclusive menu at Singapore's hippest dining destinatio­ns. The August edition will see Singaporea­nBritish Chef Elizabeth Allen from Kaizen House in London, cooking side by side with Chef Benjamin Halat from CURATE at Resorts World Sentosa.

The duo will prepare exquisite dishes using Asian ingredient­s and European techniques. Meanwhile from 31st August until 3rd September, visiting chef James Cornwall and host chef Jake Kowalewski will prepare a six-course tantalisin­g menu to remember.
