Gran Via. The new brunch introduces a spread of classic Spanish favourites mastermind­ed by Gran Meliá Jakarta's Executive Chef Ingo Oldenburg, as well as the hotel's exciting new Spanish Chef David Losas.

Café Gran Via occupies an elegant and handsome space featuring live-cooking stations for guests who like to watch their food being cooked. Do drop by the paella station to see the quintessen­tial Spanish signature dish being prepared. For tapas lovers, a variety of signature Spanish tapas is made to order. The buffet stations offer a variety of salads, imported cold cuts, premium cheeses as well as piping hot house-made soups. For those looking for something more substantia­l, the carving station showcases premium cuts, marinated and grilled to sizzling perfection. Seafood lovers will love the fresh air-flown seafood at the buffet, with choices such as snow crab legs, spotted crabs, jumbo prawns, mussels and oysters.
