The new menu has all your brunch favourites along with classic and Japaneseinfluenced signature seafood mixed with signature homemade sea salts. The result is a plethora of exceptional freshly prepared à la carte delicacies, complemented by terrific table service, live acoustic music from
New Zealand-born singer/songwriter Phil Stoodley, and a sublime range of drinks. The Seasalt Sunday Brunch opens at noon and the leisurely experience goes on until 4pm. Why not kick it off with a welcome cocktail or mocktail or a refreshing slice of infused watermelon before diving into the à la carte menu and exploring special dishes like Ceviche of The Day and Catch of The Day?
