This chic pool club has magnificent treetop views across the Jimbaran hills to the ocean, a wonderful breeze, multi-level seating, a 25-m infinity pool, oversized daybeds and a mezzanine floor for intimate groups and private parties, as well as topshelf spirits to make excellent cocktails.
On Sundays from 11am to 3pm, this relaxing venue is home to an excellent, authentic Mexican menu with a good selection of tasty snacks and entrées to share, a choice of satiating main courses and a range of superb desserts, all made to order and brought to your table.
Specialities that should not be missed include the quesadilla, red snapper ceviche cured in spicy citrus juice, esquites – corn kernels in chipotle mayo with fresh cheese, chilli and lime, excellent huevos rancheros con chorizo, barbacoa short ribs, beef tampiquena steak and wonderful churro, caramel mousse and cream cheese caramel flan.
To accompany the dazzling culinary choices, the creative mixologists at UNIQUE have created special fresh fruit margaritas to make your Sunday even smoother, as well as offering beer and wine. The brunch includes two margaritas, with the option to make your own margarita or enjoy a giant margarita available.
