overlooking Marina Bay, The Clifford Pier is the Fullerton Bay Hotel's iconic signature restaurant where, in line with the hotel's goal of preserving the local hawker culture, it offers guests a diverse range of delicious dishes that reflect Singapore's multi-cultural history.

The first landing point for many of Singapore's early immigrants Clifford Pier was built in 1933 and in the words of Executive Chef Sandro Falbo, “As the landing point of our forefathers, it is a significant place to partake of heritage cuisine and dim sum in the same nostalgic manner as when the venue served as a bustling hawker centre in its heyday.”

A masterpiece of re-purposing, today The Clifford Pier is lavish and modern restaurant that remains delightfully attached to the heritage of a bygone era. Perfectly intune with the arched superstructure, the interior features retro-modern décor and furnishings and a lavish al fresco terrace. The extravagant use of glass offers diners fabulous views over Marina Bay as well as allowing in oodles of natural light, while at night the grandiose chandeliers craft an ambience as breath-taking as the setting.

Served on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays The Heritage Dim Sum Brunch is a nostalgic dining experience made up of a delicious buffet, à la minute stations and dim sum presented at the table. Choose from savoury dishes like mixed satay, Singaporean chilli crab, tiger prawn laksa, Hainanese chicken rice, wok-fried sambal prawns, crispy prawn dumplings and nasi kampong and from local hot and cold desserts like pulut hitam, rainbow lapis, yam pudding and the sweet palm sugar filled tutu kueh available with free-flow soft drinks, chilled juices, Fullerton Bay blend tea and coffee or the house wines, fizz and beer packages.
