METHOD

• Stir all in­gre­di­ents to­gether and serve with clear ice and mas­soia wood smoke.

MAS­SOIA WOOD VER­MOUTH:

• 25g mas­soia wood bark

• 500ml sweet ver­mouth

• Sous vide to­gether at 55C for 35 min­utes
