We can't be more ex­cited here at Ex­quis­ite Me­dia be­cause for the first time ever we are host­ing the Ex­quis­ite Awards, in which we honour the finest F&B des­ti­na­tions with the ac­co­lades they de­serve. We have the best of the best for var­i­ous cat­e­gories, from best fine din­ing restau­rant, best ca­sual din­ing, best steak­house and best brunch, to best af­ter din­ner nightlife venue, best bar and beach club. The win­ners will be an­nounced later in Oc­to­ber for Jakarta cat­e­gories and Novem­ber for Bali cat­e­gories.

Awards aside, we got to sit down and discover more about tal­ented chefs Joshua Job from The Seminyak Beach Re­sort & Spa, Bali and Aus­tralia's MasterChef 2017 run­ner-up Ben Unger­mann. Af­ter delv­ing into the chefs' lives, come with us on a jour­ney to Sin­ga­pore and Hong Kong to check out the lat­est hap­pen­ing des­ti­na­tions in the F&B scene. We have Mitzo and Sum­mer­long in Sin­ga­pore and Bizou, Chifa and Madame Ching in Hong Kong.

As the sweet note to wrap things up we have Ma­son Gourmet, com­pris­ing deca­dent choco­lates, lush gelatos and sweet con­fec­tions to savour. And as al­ways, there are still best bites and in­tox­i­cat­ing sips in be­tween.
