Asuka's chefs make the most of their Tsu­jiki ven­dor to ac­cess sea­sonal seafood at the very peak of its fresh­ness and din­ers ben­e­fit with de­lights like iwa­gaki – sum­mer oys­ters with a mere fleet­ing sea­son, kinki, tachiuo, as well as uni, eel, tuna belly and many other de­lights.
