In fact, all the sauces in Asuka Ja­panese Din­ing are made in house the tra­di­tional way. Asuka's chefs make the most of their Tsu­jiki ven­dor to ac­cess sea­sonal seafood at the very peak of its fresh­ness and din­ers ben­e­fit with de­lights like iwa­gaki – sum­mer oys­ters with a mere fleet­ing sea­son, kinki, tachiuo, as well as uni, eel, tuna belly and many other de­lights. Meat lovers are also well catered to here with beau­ti­fully mar­bled grade 5 Ku­mamoto beef used to pam­per the taste buds.
