You'll find plenty of wagyu steak, foie gras, seafood im­ported from the famed Tsuk­iji mar­ket and, of course, truf­fles.

Look for the chef's rec­om­men­da­tions and monthly spe­cials on the menu and in­dulge your taste buds on treats like the won­der­ful truf­fle don­abe go­han – fresh truf­fle rice pre­pared to or­der in a clay­pot that ar­rives steam­ing at your ta­ble, when fresh truf­fles are shaved gen­er­ously across the top. There is also the op­tion to add wagyu beef, grilled foie gras or truf­fle scram­bled egg, mak­ing a sub­lime dish even more heav­enly.
