Chi­nese del­i­ca­cies like kung pao chicken, Hainanese chicken rice, silken tofu with spinach and XO sauce, steamed gin­dara fil­let and spicy Szechuan hot pot are wait­ing to be de­voured.

Ex­trav­a­gant fare like the roasted Hong Kong pork belly, whole steamed garoupa and the tra­di­tional bar­be­qued Pek­ing duck are def­i­nitely not to be missed.
