Open for dinner, Kubu's menu comprises an elegant à la carte section and bespoke degustation menu, created to fit the diners' dietary needs and preferences to a T. The à la carte menu consists of alluring appetisers, Mediterraneanthemed entrées and the chef's collection items, including foie gras parfait with strawberry balsamic and hazelnut, Alaskan scallops with Jerusalem artichoke, black radish and kaffir lime jus, and wagyu beef rib eye with braised tongue, celeriac and truffle jus.
