Soleil's Sunday brunch is one that should not be missed. The great buffet spread is decadently delicious, but that's not all, as the brunch also offers an all-inclusive à la carte menu. Pampering the palate even further is the chef's pass-around selection. Of course we would suggest you opt for the free-flow wine package to up the fabulous

ante a notch, which includes red, white and sparkling wines, cocktails and beers.

Available from 11am to 3pm every Sunday, guests can find a variety of haute buffet items, and a hearty selection at the grill and carvery stations. The seafood tower is brimming with oysters, and huge prawns. Furthermor­e, diners can find foie gras and more decadent delicacies at the carving and live grill stations. Last but not least is the chocolate fountain, surrounded by many different dipping choices and an endless selection of pastries.
