term Bal­ixol­ogy, the art of pre­par­ing mixed drinks us­ing lo­cally grown herbs, spices, greens and trop­i­cal fruits in­spired by the rich Ba­li­nese her­itage to cre­ate new taste sen­sa­tions. Led by Bev­er­age Man­ager Borty, Bal­ixol­ogy in­cludes lo­cal spirit in­fu­sions and home­made bit­ters. At Tree Bar, you'll find li­ba­tions un­like any oth­ers, such as the Lak­lak Swiz­zle – a Caribbean-style cock­tail in­spired by the Ba­li­nese dessert lak­lak, the Tamba Bali, homage to a Ba­li­nese an­cient rem­edy, or the Ke­lapa Old Fash­ioned – the house's own take on the clas­sic cock­tail.

The Bal­ixol­ogy happy hour is avail­able daily from 4pm till 6pm, but you won't want to miss the Mid­week Jive ev­ery Wed­nes­day from 6pm to 9pm. At the weekly hap­pen­ing, you can choose from the Bal­ixol­ogy col­lec­tion, or even bet­ter, hand­pick your own favoured in­gre­di­ents to cre­ate the per­fect cock­tail that is right up your pref­er­ence al­ley.
