Guests will be spoiled by the wide selection of hearty meals, like the fulfilling Real Turkish Breakfast. This dish is reminiscent of the exotic shores of Turkey, comprising spiced merguez sausage, Turkish beans and a cucumber and tomato salad on the side. Adding textures and flavours are the Turkish eggs in a warm yoghurt and chilli-spiced browned butter, along with condiments like spinach and feta borek, sour cherry jam, harissa, honey ricotta, cured beef, labneh, smoked olives, mandarin orange and feta cheese.

Another hearty choice is the Shakshuka, with baked eggs cooked to perfection, enhanced with a sweet hint of rich tomato ragout, while the merguez sausage adds a smoky spicy note. Soft feta cheese and toasted sourdough complete the punching dish. Meanwhile, the whole grilled avocado on sourdough is the perfect epitome of brunch food, with a generous serving of Meredith feta goat cheese, lemon and garlic breadcrumbs, pickled fennel and sunny side up egg on top of a whole charcoal-grilled avocado.

The health-conscious will be overjoyed to discover the haloumi and herb grain bowl, consisting of mixed grains, grilled haloumi, carrots cooked in honey and cumin seed, sliced avocado, herb salad and fennel pickled in grain vinegar.

For an ultimate brunch feel, opt for the additional sous-vide soft egg to top it off.
