Here at Exquisite Media, we love celebrations and in the lead up to the Christmas and New Year festivities, we’ve been celebrating our own 8th anniversary with the first ever Exquisite Awards. In this edition, we take a peek at our Exquisite Awards events, which honour outstanding achievements in Jakarta and Bali and announce the winners. You’ll definitely want to take a look at that!

We’re also celebrating the festive season, filled with all the joy we have been waiting for all year long – the merriment shared with loved ones, the long overdue holiday and the overall jubilant vibe in the air. On top of all the festivities, there’s always a bountiful array of seasonal culinary delights to be relished. We’re thinking roasted turkey, honey glazed ham and Yule log cake!

Wrapping up the excellent year and commemorating this delightful time, we bring you the best restaurants in Jakarta, Bali, Singapore and Hong Kong to celebrate a gourmet Christmas and New Year. Not only that, we’ve come prepared for the upcoming Chinese New Year by bringing you the best Chinese dining destinations in the region.

Furthermore, Exquisite Taste brings you more culinary wizards to discover. We have chefs Chandra Yudasswara in Jakarta, Bayu Timur in Bali and Leung King Hung in Singapore. We also have the brains that have the F&B venues running in Jakarta and Bali and see their day-to-day work.

The Gourmet section brings the hottest restaurants, such as Oso Ristorante in Jakarta, Ijen in Bali and Chaiwala in Hong Kong. In between, there are potent cocktails and fine wines to be enjoyed in the Exquisite Cocktails and Exquisite Wine Pairing sections.
