An In­ti­mate Din­ner at W Bali – Seminyak

Bali’s gour­mands were de­lighted to in­dulge their palates for re­fined food at W Bali – Seminyak’s FIRE re­cently, with an in­ti­mate din­ner with renowned Chef Rolf Fl­ie­gauf. Vis­it­ing from Switzer­land, Chef Rolf is one of the coun­try’s most dec­o­rated chefs, awarded two stars in the Miche­lin Guide for both his Ecco As­cona and St. Moritz res­tau­rants.

The so­phis­ti­cated six-course Bali din­ner, of­fered on 1st and 2nd Novem­ber, show­cased Chef Rolf’s out­stand­ing skills and love of his craft. The in­no­va­tive menu opened with an amuse bouche trio of Flores oys­ter with green ap­ple and ponzu, crunchy chicken skin cracker with foie gras and chives, and a re­fresh­ing scal­lop with lime and herbs, and con­tin­ued with Ki­wami wagyu beef, wild broc­coli and hazel­nut and a de­light­ful Swiss bircher­musli, yo­ghurt and sor­rel, among other temp­ta­tions.
