Light and breezy, Gar­den Grille res­tau­rant at Hil­ton Gar­den Inn Bali Ngu­rah Rai Air­port is an easy place for guests to re­lax and en­joy the am­bi­ence. Si­t­u­ated along­side the ho­tel’s sparkling pool and lush trop­i­cal gar­den and with a true hol­i­day vibe, it’s hard to imag­ine that the air­port is just a few min­utes away. Helm­ing the kitchen, Ex­ec­u­tive Chef Jaka Pa­mungkas and his team turn out buf­fets and cooked-to-or­der favourites that are made from scratch with the finest lo­cal and sea­sonal in­gre­di­ents to en­sure din­ers get the best im­pres­sion of Bali. The wide­spread break­fast buf­fet is hearty and ranges from freshly baked bread and pas­tries, to healthy juices and hot and cold in­ter­na­tional and In­done­sian break­fast items. The ho­tel’s barista is one of Hil­ton South­east Asia’s best, so be sure to visit his cof­fee sta­tion.

For lunch and din­ner, the à la carte menu is packed with in­ter­na­tional favourites, in­clud­ing a de­li­ciously authen­tic mine­strone soup from a recipe Chef Jaka was given by a friend’s grand­mother in Italy and a clas­sic In­done­sian ayam Tali­wang – grilled chicken with a rich, spicy tomato sauce and served with rice and wa­ter spinach.

Monthly pro­mo­tions pro­vide tan­ta­lis­ing choices like the scrump­tious fresh seafood at the Pool Ter­race ev­ery Wed­nes­day evening and a wide va­ri­ety of meats and veg­eta­bles to BBQ ev­ery Satur­day evening.

To add to the hol­i­day at­mos­phere, en­joy the daily Happy Hour from 5-7pm in the Gar­den Lounge with a se­lec­tion of re­fresh­ing bev­er­ages, or grab the daily Beer Bucket pro­mo­tions at the Pool Ter­race from 11am to 5pm where you get three bot­tles of beer in a bucket with an ad­di­tional bot­tle free to brighten your day.
