Henshin Now Open for Lunch
Since its opening in August 2017, Henshin at The Westin Jakarta has won the hearts of many discerning diners for being one of the first restaurants in Indonesia to serve Nikkei – Peruvian-Japanese – cuisine. Led by Peruvian Chef Hajime Kasuga and his inspired culinary team, Henshin takes pride in its unique Nikkei dishes.
On 22nd January, the multi-level restaurant announced that it was now open for lunch. Offering refined, scrumptious Nikkei dining, the restaurant also boasts an unobstructed 360-degree view of Jakarta's magnificent skyline. Diners can choose between an à la carte menu or the bespoke set menu, crafted to your liking.
Among the highlights of the Henshin lunch are the four specially crafted Nikkei bento that cater to different dietary preferences. The bento include salad, selection of pickles, soup, chawanmushi with a Nikkei touch and dessert of the day.
A hip and happening dining destination amidst one of the most dynamic areas of Jakarta, Henshin occupies the top three floors of The Westin Jakarta, on levels 67 to 69, offering different experiences on each level – from bar and lounge and dining area, to private dining rooms.
