Table65 Opens at Resorts World Sentosa

Famous for their critically acclaimed restaurant 212 in Amsterdam, celebrated chefs Richard van Oostenbrug­ge of two-Michelin-starred Bord'Eau Restaurant Gastronomi­que and Thomas Groot have just launched Table65 in Singapore, their first restaurant outside of the Netherland­s. The latest jewel in Resorts World Sentosa's celebrity and Michelin-starred chef restaurant­s, Table65's name is a nod to Singapore's dialling code and the chef's table where guests are invited to indulge and interact in what is being billed as a no pretence, fine-casual dining restaurant.

With a focus on bringing out the true essence and flavours of the food's ingredient­s, Oostenbrug­ge and Groot present their creative take on modern European cuisine, including dishes like smoked horse mackerel passion fruit ceviche and their widely popular and immensely photogenic apple dessert.
