Table65 Opens at Resorts World Sentosa
Famous for their critically acclaimed restaurant 212 in Amsterdam, celebrated chefs Richard van Oostenbrugge of two-Michelin-starred Bord'Eau Restaurant Gastronomique and Thomas Groot have just launched Table65 in Singapore, their first restaurant outside of the Netherlands. The latest jewel in Resorts World Sentosa's celebrity and Michelin-starred chef restaurants, Table65's name is a nod to Singapore's dialling code and the chef's table where guests are invited to indulge and interact in what is being billed as a no pretence, fine-casual dining restaurant.
With a focus on bringing out the true essence and flavours of the food's ingredients, Oostenbrugge and Groot present their creative take on modern European cuisine, including dishes like smoked horse mackerel passion fruit ceviche and their widely popular and immensely photogenic apple dessert.
