Ensuring diners always have a perfectly flavoursome, juicy, tender steak every time, the meat is grilled in a proprietary 982-degree Celsius oven, finished with salt, pepper and butter, then served on a 260-degree Celsius plate so it stays sizzling hot.
Guests can choose from cuts such as filet, New York strip, T-bone and porterhouse, and decide if they want it plain, topped with shrimp, or Oscar style with crab cake, asparagus and béarnaise sauce. Sides include creamed spinach, mushrooms, mashed potato and asparagus.
