The Michelin-starred brand has built its new home in the heritage buildings of Tai Kwun on Hollywood Road in Central and offers just two sittings for up to 14 guests each evening. With fresh fish and premium ingredients flown in from Japan each day, the menu is a spectacular interactive 18-course personalised omakase experience backed by a truly outstanding sake and drinks menu.
