Re-imagining the feasts from back in the ancient kingdom days, the menu on offer at Raja's is extensive and appetising. From light bites for sharing, like crabmeat and green papaya soup and oxtail and knuckle soup, to selections of vegetables, meat, poultry and seafood specialities.
Raja's signature dishes that are fit for a king include bebek and ayam betutu – duck and chicken, respectively, which are marinated in a secret concoction comprising 16 Balinese spices, wrapped in palm leaves and slow cooked to a confit. Raja's also offers degustation menus, showcasing four courses of finest Indonesian delicacies. Topping it all off is the restaurant's polished ambience, which incorporates a touch of regal Indonesia.
