Martin Wong, the former head chef of Tess Bar & Kitchen, has thrown his weight behind an exciting new bar and restaurant, Mythz & Myths.
Located within the CMO Building on South Bridge Road, just a three-minute walk from Clarke Quay MRT station, this fabulous dual-concept restaurant and bar is heavy on Nordic influences, and, as the name implies, there’s a lot of mythology involved and stories to be told.
In the intimate dining space, the seasonally refreshed menu sees Chef Martin fuse Scandinavian ingredients with the flavours of Asia, topped with delicate elements of French cuisine. Meanwhile in the bar, blending stories and Japanese bartending sensibilities, the inimitable Darren Lim impresses with his repertoire of theatrical cocktails.
