To say TV personalit­y and multi Michelin-starred chef Alvin Leung is passionate about food is perhaps the understate­ment of the year and the new I Love Hong Kong menu at Bo Innovation: The Hong Kong Story, his three Michelin-starred flagship restaurant, demonstrat­es why.

A celebratio­n of Hong Kong's culture, traditions and people, the I Love Hong Kong menu is only available for the entire table, a move designed to optimise the Hong Kong dining experience, and features a host of inspiratio­nal dishes served sharing-style.

Dishes include Child's Play, a selection of classics like curry fish balls, wonton noodles and lo mai gai, Green Eggs and Ham, inspired by the books of Dr Seuss, Aberdeen Floaters and Back on the Street, a dish of sweetbread served with sea urchin mustard, calamansi-spiked hoisin and pickled daikon, prepared and served at your table on a hawker cart.
