An elevated steak experience where choice cuts of beef are married with friendly service, 37 Steakhouse & Bar is the latest culinary outpost to grace The Peak Galleria, opening its doors in late July to quite some fanfare.
The dining space is large and comfortable with natural light oak and brass décor. For more intimacy and events, there is a sizable semi-private area with stunning views over the city and waterfront below. Heavy on high-quality steaks, the menu boasts wagyu from famous Japanese butcher and supplier Hiyama, along with Australian wagyu, Belgian dry-aged prime beef, Italian red prawns and Japanese scallops.
Perfect for relaxation and pre-dinner drinks, the elegant sake bar continues the clean-cut style. The drinks list features a host of boutique and premium sakes, including from Sawaya Matusmoto, the famed 230-year-old sake brewery from Kyoto.
